Next, implement as many WordPress SEO best practices as possible.
We recommend using categories and tags, internal linking, optimizing the comment section, using an appropriate hierarchy, and more.
Finally, optimize WordPress for speed and performance. Speed is an important ranking factor and also impacts user experience.

Anything you can do to speed up loading times is better.

- Use relevant keywords or phrases
- Follow Google's title guidelines
- Make sure the title reflects the content of the page.

- Mention the category if you have space
It's worth testing the performance of product titles over a longer period of time to see which ones work well and which ones don't.
Be open to changes to product titles and experiment until you find the perfect title.
3. Use meta descriptions

Google is not required to use your meta description, but is likely to do so if it is present.
If you don't provide one, Google will create its own and we don't want that!

A slug is part of the page URL and has little impact on SEO, but it is more useful to humans as it explains the page content in plain English.
For example, a URL for a men's shirt could be: https://storename/men's blue designer shirt
The part “mensbluedesignershirt” is the slug and describes the exact product on the page.
This helps search engines understand the page content better and visitors can decide more quickly whether it is the right page or not.
This is another setting that your SEO plugin can help you with, but you can also do it manually if you prefer.
5. Optimize product descriptions
After optimizing the product title, meta description, and slug, it's time to turn your attention to the product page.
This is another part of WooCommerce SEO that needs to satisfy both search engines and customers.
Optimize your product descriptions and increase the likelihood that your products will appear in search results, which can lead to more sales.
There are several things you can do to optimize your product descriptions and improve visibility in search results.

The Astra theme supports breadcrumbs natively. Other themes will likely do so as well.
They are also usually supported by SEO plugins, such as Yoast SEO, which has a special setting for breadcrumbs.
Navigate to SEO > Search results.
Click on the breadcrumbs tab.
You can then use the product category in your breadcrumbs.
Remember to save the changes you made.
