  • Any service found to be intentionally used for phishing or other similar any other hacking way. That will be suspended promptly without any notice for breach of terms of services.
  • Do not be involved in any sort of DDOS attacks or Hacking Activities.
  • Any service found to be used for Emailing Spam purposely. Will be suspended promptly without any notice.
  • Any service found to be used for running anti group of any religion. Will be suspended promptly without any notice.
  • Any service found to be used for running Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
  • Any service found to be used for running IP Scanners, Bruteforce Programs, Mail Spamming or Spamming Scripts.
  • Any service found be used hosting any sorts of Malicious, Phishing, Fraudulent, Lottery, Carding, Gambling sites.
  • Validation & Services Activation
  • We carefully evaluate new accounts to determine high-risk orders. Please do not take it personally if you are asked to verify a new account as you may have been flagged for suspicious activity, Nature of our product or Payments suspicious activity.

Shared & Reseller Hosting
Users can’t do the following:

  • Hosting or uploading of video/audio files is strictly forbidden ( linking is allowed)
  • Websites similar to clipbucket, ClipShare, MediaShare that share videos are not allowed.
  • Scripts similar to (Photobucket and Tinypic) that host images are not allowed
  • Uploading of bulk images for user downloads are not allowed
  • Illegal Pharmacy Sites selling drugs are not allowed.
  • Harassment, whether through religion, language, or size of messages.
  • Running any gaming server.
  • Running Bots/ Internet Relay Chat
  • Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
  • Running IP Scanners, Bruteforce Programs, Mail Spamming or Spamming Scripts.
  • Hosting any sorts of Malicious, Phishing, Fraudulent, Lottery, Carding, Gambling sites.
  • Shared & Reseller hosting cannot be used for file storage systems or backup storage.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Money back guarantee & refund policy

Refunds: If client has retained the services for one year and has pre-paid DarazHost for such services, refunds will be issued for any unused full month of the services, upon client’s request. Therefore, if client’s account is cancelled at any point during the one-year term, client will be entitled to a refund for the months remaining, after notice given by the 25th day of the preceding month.

There are absolutely no refunds for orders on monthly billing – even if the service has only been used for an hour after ordering, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Custom software installations fees, setup fees and fees for paid control panels and software licenses are not refundable.

 

Hacking / DDoS / Interference

We monitor the traffic flow on our network. If our systems detect suspicious traffic, we will review it manually. We do not allow DDoS, hacking or any other interference to our or remote systems to be caused as a result of your actions. Any such event will result in immediate suspension of the service.

 

Account Deactivations

Any account deactivated due to non-payment will automatically be reactivated upon receiving payment.

 

Shared Hosting Accounts

We only allow 200,000 inodes per cPanel account, because that is where we see optimal server performance. We do understand that not all of our customers can reduce their file count that far; for this reason this is a “Soft limit” meaning that while the limit is reached, you will still be able to upload files. Once the account exceeds 200,000 files then it will be in violation of our Terms of Service and can result in possible suspension. If you need to increased inode open support ticket and increased inodes 100,000 it’s only cost is 5$ per month.

Server Uptime Guarantee

DarazHost guarantees 99.9% service (http, ftp, pop, imap, smtp) uptime on all hosting plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime.
