How to Send the Required Documentation
You can contact us via ticket generated by our Verification department for you to respond to with a scanned copy of the following items:
- A photo ID such as a passport or driver license
- The credit card that was used in your account purchase (assuming you purchased a hosting account with a credit card). You may censor all but the last 4 digits of the credit card number for your protection, but please ensure the name and expiration date are legible.
